Information you provide

The public website does not offer user accounts, a newsletter, or a contact form. We receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include only if you voluntarily email info@yugofarmia.com, so we can respond and keep an appropriate record of the request.

Information processed when you visit

Railway hosts and runs the application and database and may retain operational and request logs. Cloudflare network and security services and Cloudflare R2 media delivery necessarily process limited technical request, device, and security information to deliver the website, diagnose failures, and protect the service. This may include an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, and security signals.

Analytics

Analytics is not currently enabled. The public website does not use Cloudflare Web Analytics, Google Analytics, advertising trackers, or other optional tracking collection.

Cookies and local preferences

Yugo Farmia uses one first-party preference cookie, yuga_locale, to remember the selected language for up to one year. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies when an enabled security or network feature requires them. Those cookies support functions such as security, traffic management, and service integrity. Because they are necessary to provide or protect the site, there is no optional analytics-cookie consent banner at this time.

Service providers and international processing

Railway hosts and runs the application and database. Cloudflare provides network and security services and product-image delivery through R2. GitHub stores the private source code and provides the deployment integration; it is not used for visitor analytics or tracking. These providers may process information needed for their stated roles in countries outside your own under their service terms and privacy safeguards.

Retention and sharing

We keep contact messages and operational records only as long as reasonably needed to answer requests, operate and secure the service, resolve incidents, or meet legal obligations. We do not sell visitor information. We may disclose information to the service providers above, or when required to protect the service, users, legal rights, or comply with law.

Your choices and rights

You can remove the language cookie in your browser settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about personal data connected to you. Email info@yugofarmia.com and describe your request. We may need enough information to verify and respond to it.
